All quotes provided using photos, maps, or online tools are estimates. If we find any differences upon arrival, we may need to adjust the price.

Any changes will always be discussed with you first, and no additional work will be carried out without your approval. The original quoted price will remain valid for the first clean, with any adjustments applying only to future visits if agreed.

Access to Property

If we are unable to access certain areas of your property due to locked gates or obstructions, we will clean all accessible windows and surfaces safely.

Weather Conditions

We operate in most weather conditions, including rain, as our system is designed to deliver effective results regardless of the weather. Scheduled cleans will not be cancelled or skipped due to rain unless conditions are unsafe.

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued after completion and are typically payable within a few days. There is no obligation for immediate cancellation or rescheduling flexibility, depending on your service agreement.

How do you clean windows?

We use a purified water with a water-fed pole. This allows us to scrub and rinse windows from the ground safely, leaving a streak-free finish once the water naturally evaporates.

Will there be water spots after cleaning?

Some droplets may be visible immediately after cleaning, but because we use purified water, they dry naturally without leaving marks or residue.

Do you need access to my water supply?

No. Our vans carry large onboard tanks filled with purified water, so we do not need to use your external water supply.

Do I need to be at home during the clean?

Not necessarily. As long as we have safe access to the property and side gates are unlocked, we can complete the work while you are out.

Our equipment allows us to safely reach up to approximately 30 feet, covering most residential properties up to three storeys.

Do you clean inside windows?

Yes, we do. You can set a schedule every 6 weeks for exterior cleaning and for example every 12 weeks for interior window cleaning.
